Testing can help turn things around!
Tests a naturopath can request for you:
Sensitivity testing for over 100 foods.
DNA - genetic reports for finding the best diet for your genes.
Detailed hormone panels - These go well above standard hormone pathology tests.
Detailed gut mapping checking for parasites, bacteria and other common gut issues.
Mineral testing for possible deficiencies and toxic heavy metals.
Autoimmune screening panels.
And many more
Testing is budget-dependent and only conducted after a thorough case history is taken- Testing can also become a rabbit hole, the hour we spend together in that initial consultation will help uncover lots of key points of information.
Save yourself the hours trawling Dr Google. Having a naturopath on your healthcare team can make a huge difference in health outcomes and help take some of the confusion out for you.

Do you conduct pathology testing?
Depending on the condition and concerns I do refer for functional and pathology testing, these both help with uncovering some of the underlying issues that might be currently affecting your health.
This may include testing different hormones, nutrients as well as other markers.
I also work alongside GP's and can refer you onto select doctors who are open to working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Further testing may also be something that is an additional cost and done through private labs and is not covered by Medicare. However we can navigate this together.
