I'm a lucky teacher to have so many dedicated students who are passionate about their yoga journey. I’ve had many students go to me wanting to help ease their physical pain, improve their mental health, wanting more challenging exercises, and develop and practice healthy habits. As a practice yoga is very holistic taking into consideration your whole constitution, it’s not just about touching your toes or getting flexible. Teaching yoga is a beautiful way to go much deeper in your learning of both yourself and others.

Yoga will help you to relax and de-stress while helping you gain strength and flexibility both physically and mentally.
