Beginners Yoga - Shoulder Stand Inversion
In this online yoga class, we’re going to move through a gentle yoga flow, eventually moving our way up to our shoulder stand. So you’ll note here that I’m going to give you a lot of options once we’ll get to that point, and just work within the limitations of your own body.
If you have any shoulder or neck injuries or history of pain through that area, please don’t take this class as it is not well suited for those of you who are struggling with your upper body.
This is definitely a good online yoga class if you would like to start working with inversions but find them a little too overwhelming or scary - then this is a great class for you to get going.
