Gentle Yoga Routine- Forward Folding (Stretching The Back)

In this gentle yoga routine, I will move you through different postures that will help you improve the movement and mobility of your spine - helps you get that little forward folding stretch for the back that you need, especially when we're always at the desk working.

This yoga flow is gentle enough for most beginners, just please remember to adjust and adapt the practice for where you are especially if you have a history of back pain or strain.

It's helpful if you have some yoga props as well, like a blanket and some yoga blocks.
