In this full length yoga class we will move through a yoga flow that will improve your hip mobility so that we can come up into our bird of paradise.
This is a challenging yoga balance that will build core strength and stability.
Not an ideal class for yoga beginners.
It is more of an intermediate practice but having said that I do give you options for bird of paradise and a breakdown of how to use the belt to help you come up.
