Yoga For Beginners- Learning To Move And Breathe

One of the hardest aspects of a yoga practice is learning how to move and breathe.

It's challenging because when we start out with our yoga practice, there is so much going on, you're thinking about the movement and then then diaphragmatic breathing and then the perfect marriage of breath and movement... that's a lot of input lol

Now it's a great idea to take this practice several times in a row the more familiar you get with the movement the easier it will be for you to work with the breath. So give it a few try's : )
