Yoga For Runners- Stretching The Hamstrings & Hips

In this full length yoga class I will take you through a yoga flow that is perfect for runners.

Running builds tension in the legs and hips and so moving through this yoga practice a couple of times a week will help to improve your flexibility and counteract all of the restriction brought about from running. If you're struggling with tight hips and lower back this practice is also perfect for you.

It's is a very accessible practice and most levels including beginners will find it's an appropriate pace. If you have two yoga blocks they will come in very handy for this class please have them ready. While moving through this yoga class for runners please remember to place importance on your breath.

In order to get the most out of your yoga class you need to learn how to relax into the stretches.
